Finca pie plano

The name ‘Finca Pie Plano’ refers to the nickname of one of the owners. But it also refers to an area in his birth town, where he grew up in the Netherlands.

Driving through the electric gate, you enter another world. The long driveway with Lavander and Cypresses leads you to the covered entrance of the Mainhouse. There is a large parking area behind the well and even a roundabout with a nice olive tree. A natural stone staircase leads you to the Guesthouse downstairs.

The entrance (with wardrobe and separate guest toilet) leads you to the open plan kitchen area and to the spacious livingroom with fireplace and double doors to the naya (covered terrace) with beautiful views towards the valley and the sea. The mainhouse has 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms with bathroom is positioned downstairs and has its own entrance and looks out over the pool. 

 

The open kitchen is modern and fully equipped (stove, fridge, freezer, oven/grill, microwave, kettle, coffeemaker, dishwasher, toaster).

From the kitchen you have access to the ‘Secret Garden’ with a covered terrace for outside dining. 

 

Satellite TV, Wifi and a sound systems, for use inside and outside at the terrace.

From the living room, through double doors, you enter the naya (covered terrace) and to the

covered outside kitchen barbecue and a nice lounge-area.

 

A natural stone stairway (with gate) gives you access to the swimming-pool area.

guesthouse

Downstairs you can enter the guesthouse through a second naya (covered terrace). Double doors gives you directly access to the (second) livingroom with a modern fireplace (gas) and open kitchen.

 

The open kitchen is built in a traditional finca-style and sufficiently equipped (electric stove, freezer and microwave). The hallway gives access to a separate guest toilet, 3 double bedrooms and 2 spacious bathrooms.

The infinity-pool (10x5) is surrounded by a big sun terrace with 6 sun beds, 2 large daybeds, 3 umbrellas, a jacuzzi, outdoor shower, a nice poolbar and an outdoor jacuzzi.

On both sides of the poolarea there are nice green areas with more sun beds.

Next to the driveway there is a nice elevated area with 4 old olive trees and a ‘jeu de boules’ court (petanque).

On the lowest level there is a nice 'gazebo' (10 x 5) with a table tennis tabel or for all kind of other uses. There is also a safari-tent/treehouse with double bedroom and private bathroom which can be rented as an extra accommodation. 

 

The private land (1 acre) is fully fenced and consists of bancales (elevated terraces) with olive trees and all is accompanied with stunning views.
